We conduct an in-person simulated customer visit, review your digital presence, and evaluate workflow friction, service tone, visibility, and AI readiness. From that evaluation, we deliver five clearly written, prioritized corrections — each tied directly to customer behavior, operational efficiency, and revenue impact. No generic scoring. No bloated reports. Just five improvements you can implement immediately.
Initial Investment: $250
Includes on-site evaluation, digital review, a concise written report outlining five prioritized corrections, and an optional in-person or virtual debrief session. If additional opportunities are identified, they can be implemented in future five-point units — at your pace, without retainers or long-term contracts.
